RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If you receive the wrong item which doesn't match your order, or the item is physically damaged in transit, or the product itself is defective, or it has quality issues, such as it can not charge, can not turn on/off, doesn't vibrate or function, feel free to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. According to your situations, please provide photos/videos of shipping label, product box, defective products. If applicable, we will send a replacement to you. One purchased product can apply a replacement once, you can apply within 1 year after you purchase the product.
The following situations can not apply replacements:
1. Products are broken by improper use or operation, abuse or uninstallation;
2. Products work normally, not defective or damaged in transit, but not reach customers' personal expectations;
3. More than 1 year after purchase.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products.Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. When returning products, the returning shipping costs shall be borne by customers.
Products in any of the following conditions cannot be returned:
1. Apply 7 days after you receive the package;
2. Products have been used, stretched or contaminated;
3. Products are damaged by improper use or installation, or unauthorized repair and other man-made damages;
4. Products are not sold and shipped from FUNZZE.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
